 Information we collect 

When creating an account or user you will be asked to enter your personal information like phone number, email Id. Your personal information will be used only for login purpose, responding to your inquiries or sending notifications that you request. We do not send promotional emails or share this information with any 3rd party.

If you upload files like lead information in the CSV upload, we will store them in the database purely for your lead nurturing need and not for any other purpose. 

We use cookies on the site and similar tokens in the app to keep you logged in. We may store your basic technical information, such as ip address, in our memory or logs. 

Caleb also collects aggregate, statistics from the social media or search engine platforms you have given authorization to. This helps us give you the analytical report and dashboard to understand your or your client’s progress.

We will use the information we collect to improve our engagement with you and to support you to the fullest. We will not share your information or your lead information with the outside parties. Your information may be shared with your clients or within your organization and it will happen with your consent.

Accessing, changing, or deleting your information  

You may access or change your information from Caleb Apps, or delete your account from Caleb by contacting Caleb customer support.

Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.

Caleb displays links and content from external sources. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
